MAINTENANCE PLANS: Kruser Septic Service offers maintenance plans catered to your needs. Please ask us about a customized plan for your property and system.
WISCONSIN COUNTY INSPECTIONS: For Wisconsin customers, Kruser Septic Service delivers all county inspections to your county office as soon as your service is paid for in full.
SERVICE PAYMENTS: Service payment is due within 30 days of service. Kruser Septic Service accepts checks, cash or credit cards. [Inspections are not filed with the county until invoices are paid in full.]
LATE FEES: Late fees do apply to accounts that are 30 days past due.

PRICE INCLUDES:
- an inspection of your system components,
- pumping of the tank(s), and
- cleaning of any filter(s) (as long as they are accessible).
PLUS: $0.05 per gallon (after the first 1,000 gals) of what we pump and dispose of. This price is based on a normal, routine service call and port-to-port travel of the truck.
OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF YOUR SERVICE IF:
- Your system is a long pull due to the placement of your system vs. where our truck can park, OR
- Your system’s material is very thick due to an irregular maintenance plan,
... your charge may be more because we will be at your property longer than normal and use more force/equipment to clean your system.
- Your lids are not accessible. [Please have all your lids dug up before we arrive at your property.]
- The distance between where we have to park our truck and your lids is further than 90 feet.
- Your system is on a steep incline, and the service pump takes longer than an average service pump.
- Your lids are covered with weeds, and there is no clear path to your lids.
- If we get to your property and you have no idea where your system lids are located.
- You have not been part of a regular maintenance plan, and the material in your system is thick and hard to move. [This is hard on our pumps and takes extra time and care. A regular maintenance plan is advised to avoid this, as well as help the longevity of your system. Please ask us about a customized plan for your property and system.]
